WW-Jet Worm Harvesters
Our input, or front end, of the Harvester rides on roller bearing castors. This allows the full space of input cone, without having any frame, bearing supports, or shafts to get in the way when loading. Loading of Harvester can be easily done with pitch fork, conveyer, or chute.
We use 1/2 inch solid round aluminum for the spokes, so that when worms hit them, they are not subject to being cut as with the sheet metal type spokes seen on other machines.
The screens themselves are attached with stainless steel, hose clamp type straps, that let you replace a screen with only a screwdriver in minutes. The strap is loosened, slid to the side, and that side of the screen is off.
Our Diverter spreads your worms, and balled up compost, far enough apart to be able to use five gallon buckets and not lose any to the ground. When you are separating out worms for sale, the less extraneous material with them, the better . The steep angle of the output cone naturally separates worms, which stick to the cone slightly, from the other bedding material. This material will form into "balls" from the rolling action of the harvester, and roll down the steep cone ahead of the worms. The diverter is adjustable from side to side for different materials. It is set in position so as to separate these two different streams, into two separate containers. Your castings have already been separated by the screen of the Harvester at this point.
Quick and Easy Height Adjustment
All four legs have telescoping height adjusters that work with a T-bolt, so no tools are needed to change the slope, or for operating on uneven ground. The bottom of the legs have a 3 inch round aluminum pad so they will not sink into the ground. The two wheels can be installed in any of the legs, and together with the fixed legs give 18 inches of height adjustment at both ends.
10" Pneumatic Wheels, with ball bearing hubs
Weather resistant On/Off switch
Front Handles for moving the Harvester,
and protecting the front cone.
Optional Sides
Sides can be added to divert all of the screened material to your underneath bins, or a conveyer. They are made of thick 16 gauge aluminum to last a lifetime. Shown on the left is a 2410, in the center with a 3620, and on the right with a 2420.
Optional Loading Chute

Our new loading chute can make it easy to load your new WW-Jet Harvester. The all aluminum chute slips over the handles, to make a quick, sturdy, and tool-free installation. Every single bit of what you load into the chute goes into the Harvester, and because of Jets' unique front cone, none of it comes back out. Safety is enhanced, effort by the operator is reduced, and speed of production is increased with the new WW-Jet Loading Chute.
Optional WW-Jet PaddlesThe exclusive WW-Jet Paddles are 1/8 inch thick aluminum angle that fasten on the spokes of your Harvester. They are easily adjustable away from the screen, to let your worms pass underneath them and never be touched. Any large clumps are taken to the top of the Harvester, and dropped straight down, and will break apart. When your worm bed has a bunch of clumped material, the New WW-Jet Paddles can make a big difference in how quickly your castings will screen.
Optional Loading Conveyer and HopperIf you have a lot of screening to do, you need a loading conveyer equipped with a hopper. This lets you take a wheelbarrow full of material, and flip in up on the hopper, where you can let go of it. The material will fall through the hole in the hopper onto the conveyer, and be taken to the Harvester. All you have to do is to move the material in the hopper to the hole. A six cubic foot wheel barrow can be emptied in less than five minutes in the 3620 Harvester. You will never know how easy it can be to harvest worms, until you try one of these. Wheelbarrow and ramp not included.
